Application for the 2013/14 CFC Campaign Now Available

The 2013 CFC Applications are now available for download in Word versions and PDF versions!
 
The Combined Federal Campaign is the only authorized charitable fundraising drive in the federal workplace, soliciting contributions on behalf of private voluntary organizations.
 
Applications will be accepted from January 28th through March 6th, 2013, close of business.
 
Please send a hard copy of the fully completed and signed application and all necessary attachments to:

The local federation member information spreadsheet has been revised to remove the column requesting the organization’s former code.  A new column (AC) was added to request the page number in the 2012 Official Catholic Directory where a Catholic organization’s information can be found.

We look forward to your organization’s participation in the campaign this year.  There are a few changes we wish to bring to your attention.
